‘Sunnyside Annexe’ consists of bedroom, lounge and bathroom. It is set in grounds of approximately one acre adjoining Sunnyside Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the lovely Somerset countryside at Pedwell. 
Electricity and full central heating are included in the price.
'Sunnyside Annexe' has been awarded  4 Stars by the English Tourism Council.

	There is a lounge and dining area.  A television and video recorder are provided.  French doors lead out onto a private patio area to the rear.
The bathroom contains a single large shower cubicle, toilet and sink.  There is no bath in the accommodation.  Towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
	The annexe has a double bedroom comprising of a king size bed.  Linen is also provided.
The rear garden provides a relaxing backdrop to your holiday.  The annexe has it’s own patio adjoining a large garden.
	The views to the front of the unit give a true picture of the unspoilt Somerset countryside
